The conference will take place at Hôtel Clarendon, Quebec City’s oldest hotel, located in the heart of the old town.

They have set aside, on a first-arrived first-served basis, a block of rooms for the Aug 20-24 period at the following prices:

• Corporate room with Queen or King-size bed, simple or double occupancy: 249$*
• Superior room with two Queen-size beds, simple or double occupancy: 289$*

*20$ per additional person, up to 4 people per room; plus tax (tourism tax: 3,5 %; federal tax: 5 %; provincial tax: 9,975 %)

You can only get those prices by emailing (reservations@hotelclarendon.com) or by calling the hotel (418-692-2480, toll-free 1-888-554-6001) and mention the group code 250820UNI. You cannot get those discounts on the hotel website, but there you can get smaller, one-person rooms.
